Steve Tyler Nameplate
Steve Tyler Photo Steve has been with Orion since 2009 and was the first hire for the Contact Center Services division. Steve has managed the development of the Contact Center from the ground up into the award-winning state of the art facility that it is today, and has it poised for continued growth.

Steve provides executive leadership and daily oversight, maintaining a regular schedule of timeline reviews, action plans, transitions, quality implementation and review of contract activities. Steve is an expert in customer service, workforce management and assembling the right team to meet every task.

Steve has over twenty years of contact center industry experience in managerial roles, including twelve years at Regence Blue Shield where he managed the contact center for their largest account, The Boeing Company. Steve began his career as a Call Center Supervisor at AAA Washington, which operated a 24/7 call center.

Uriah came to the Orion Contact Center in 2011 with experience in call center supervision and quality assurance oversight going back to 1996. Uriah's key responsibilities include coaching staff and program participants for success, oversight of the training process, analysis of call data, overseeing Orion's quality assurance program, and serving as a key point of contact for existing clients.

Debra McDaniel Photo Debra started with Orion in 2013 and is a Supervisor with a focus on Quality Assurance for the Contact Center.

She brings over 30 years of customer service experience in various roles, including 15 years at Gumdrop Books in Bethany, MO where she managed a Customer Service team of 30+ agents taking incoming calls from school media specialists, worldwide. Debra pulls from her comprehensive management and customer service experience for her Orion role.
